The “worl’ boss” Vybz Kartel officially received his Brit-certified silver plaque for his 2016 hit single “Fever.”

Kartel in celebrating the achievement posted a picture of the plaque on Twitter with the caption, “Finally received the plaque. Single #Fever certified silver in the UK.” 200k+ sold#KingOfTheDancehall”

The Gaza top man also toasted the occasion by sharing a video of one of his sons unpacking the accolade in a separate Tweet.

The TJ Records-produced single achieved silver status on February 10, 2023, for sales of 200,000 units sold in the UK according to the British Phonographic Institute (BPI).

“Fever” is also recognized as a gold-selling track in the US with the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) certifying that the dancehall track officially registered the equivalent of 500,000 units sold in the United States in 2020.
