2022 NBA championship finalist Boston Celtics and the former conference finalist Brooklyn Nets will headline the beginning of the postseason in the respective games as round one of the playoffs start on Saturday.
The Nets who finished the regular season sixth in the Eastern Conference will get the ball rolling in the postseason when they face No 3 seed Philadelphia 76ers in game one of their best-of-seven series.
The series is expected to be a competitive fixture between the two teams especially with 76ers guard,James Harden taking on his former team (the Nets), following a tumultuous 2 seasons in Brooklyn.
That game is set to tip off at 12 pm.
The later game will see the No 2 seed Celtics, host seventh-ranked Atlanta Hawks at TD Gardens in their opening game.
The Celtics will with 57 wins compared to the Hawks’ 41, enter as favorites to take the series, however, Atlanta has shown they are able to pull out upsetting results on any given day which will provide an interesting watch for both fans and neutrals.
That game is set for a 2:30 pm tip-off.
