The celebration continues for Grammy Awarding winning Reggae artiste Kabaka Pyramid after taking home music’s top prize at Sunday’s ceremony at the Crypto. Com Arena in Los Angeles.
Kabaka bested a strong group of his peers in this year’s Best Reggae Album Category to notch his first award in his maiden nomination for his project – The Kalling.
Congratulations on Sunday night’s win continued into Monday as fans and peers alike continue to congratulate the artiste on the win.
From Gramps Morgan to VP records were among several noted names who ‘bigged up’ the Kontraband hitmaker.
The “Bebble rock” boss immediately received commendations from the most honorable Prime Minister Andrew Holness, as well as previous Grammy winner Beenie Man to name to also recognize the win for the artiste.
Kabaka’s win also represents the third time in four years that a first-time winner has walked away with the award.
