The man who was recorded viciously assaulting a woman in the corporate area recently while she lay on the ground, has seemingly attempted to explain his version of events through leaked voice notes that have surfaced online.

Days after the viral video of a man relentlessly kicking and stomping on a woman as she lay on the ground in Half Way Tree, leaked audio detailing what happened hit the net.

In the leaked audio, which has been making the rounds on social media, the voice of a man who’s purported to be the person seen carrying out the assault is heard explaining to someone the events that led up to the heinous act.

“Bredda remember when mi a tell you seh, how she tell me seh; if she can’t have me, nobody cant have mi she must F—k me up.”

 “Bredda you know seh mi guh court and me nuh know enuh fam me end up come out of the court and guh round of the stop a reason wid two yute,” he said, adding that she followed him outside.

“..see she a come, right?” “she come out deh and seh who she who how mi f—k you up yah now?” the voice noted added.

He then claimed that he told her to leave, however, to which he added she swung at him with her bag.

This according to him led to the physical altercation which ensued.

“Yeh bredda, me and her start fight yute, and she end up drop and end up stomp her two time” he says as he almost remorselessly recalls the incident. “Yeh bredda mi a tell you seh she guh station and a me a tell you yute, one piece a drama.”

In a separate voice note, the man is heard explaining that the entire incident was seemingly sparked by the woman who is understood to be the mother of his children seeking money from him presumable for child support.

“Me a talk to di woman, tell her she yeh mi get the work, yeh mi will mek you start get some money enuh” guh back a court again…mi could bare fi guh back a court again,” he said.

“And then gyal a come tell me bout it nahh done until mi give her 60 grand.”  Weh mi fi get if from you nuh see nuttn naah gwaan and man deh stress,” he lamented, before adding that he’s since gone into hiding following the incident.

“See it deh now me lose control and dat happen now me affi a hide,” he said before almost remorselessly adding how their children would be affected by the report.

“Comin’ like seh, she nuh remember seh she have two yute fi mi bredda, yuhzimmie,  comin’ like she wan them fi fatherless.”

The matter has drawn widescale outrage online, with many calling for the harshest possible penalty.
