The Portland narcotics police have seized 315 pounds of ganja valuing a sum of $2.2 million in Manchioneal, Portland on Wednesday.

The drug was found near an abandoned vessel at the Sandshore fishing beach.

Several bottles of gasoline were also found on the vessel.

The police theorised that the drugs are a part of the guns-for-drugs trade.

No arrests have since been made.
